Retention is set per account: ask your Gladia contact for another duration, from no history at all to several years. With no history, a session’s result is still available for a short time after it ends, then deleted.

Data stays in the region of the API address your account uses (Regions).

Callbacks are delivered once (Callbacks): if your server misses one, read the session with GET /v2/live/{id} while it is in your history.
